Brrrrrrrrrr. Running lately has been more about balancing on ice and less about cardio.
My Garmin had a total bonkers moment the other day - I took a look at it and it was telling me that I was running at a 3:33 pace. Hahahaha. Hahaha. Ha. I'm still not really sure what happened, but it probably had to do with wonky satellites. I only had about 15 minutes to squeeze in a run that day so I figured I might as well ignore everything except for my elapsed time, since that was the only thing I knew that was accurate. And then I ended up running 2 miles in 15:56, which is not too shabby (for me, anyway) especially for only having run about three times this entire month.
So here's to a new month! And hopefully running a little bit more and sliding a little less.
